March Discussion Thread

We're all staying home (right????), we're all freaking out about some aspect of this or another, and apparently we are all channeling that into our kitchens, if Instagram is any gauge. So the question of the month is

What are you stress-cooking/baking/eating?

I just made a lasagna for dinner using bashed up veggie burgers because all the grocery stores are out of ground beef (and ground pork, since, you know, both), and I've got a blueberry+ pie on deck for later. Your turn!
